When will I receive the tracking number?

We usually send out your order within 48 hours, and your tracking number will be automatically received in your mailbox after sending out. (Note: If there are other uncontrollable circumstances that lead to delayed delivery, we will contact you before delivery.)

How long does delivery take?

If your delivery address is in Europe, Australia and the United States, your order will arrive within 2-7 business days. If you’re in another area, your order will arrive within 7-12 business days, so you can rest easy.

(Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.)

In addition, we also provide urgent delivery service, if you need to deliver within the specified time, please contact us, but you will need to pay a certain percentage of shipping fee.

We provide international shipping to all over the world. Please rest assured that no matter where you are, we will strive to deliver your order to you in the best condition and in the shortest time.

Shipping Options:

We provide a range of shipping options to cater to your needs. You can choose from standard shipping, expedited shipping, and express shipping. The estimated delivery times and costs for each option will be displayed at checkout.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route,but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

While we take all necessary precautions to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. If you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.


If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. Apexel will not replace the order or issue a refund.
