At Apexel, we want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. To streamline the process of returning or exchanging your telescopes, night vision goggles, electron microscopes, and optical accessories, please carefully review the following policy.

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of goods.

2. Returns and Refunds Applicable

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of goods.. The returned item must be in the same condition as when it was originally received, including its original undamaged packaging.
Items that are damaged, unhygienic, dented, scratched, or with significant missing components may be refused for a return.

3. Customer-Paid Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

4. Action You Need to Take

Pre-Paid Label Return

Returning Using Our Prepaid Label Service:Only shipped to other countries except China, such as (United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada)

Prepaid Label Service: U.S. $12 USD will be deducted from your overall refund when choosing this option.

You will need your 6-digit order number (e.g. SL0000) and the zip/postal code from your shipping address, which can be found on your order confirmation email.
All returns must include a copy of the invoice in the shipment to ensure the return is properly received once it is delivered.
If you are unable to locate your invoice or the order number and zip code, please reach out to us directly at hello@apexellens.com with the email address you placed the order under and we’ll be happy to provide that info.

*Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.

Use your own label for returns

At this time, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels to addresses outside of the US, Germany, UK, Australia, and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Returns with your own label:
Therefore, international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties associated with the return. Original shipping charges, import duties and taxes are also non-refundable.

Please be sure to include your packing slip with your package; if you no longer have a packing slip, please leave your name, email address associated with your order, and your order reference number (#00000).

5. High Value Returns

If you are shipping an item over $85,We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost packages. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Exchanges

As an e-commerce shop, we do not offer typical exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product in its original condition, please follow the return procedures outlined above and place a new order for your preferred item(s). You can do this at your earliest convenience by placing an order now so it ships asap, or you can wait until we’ve processed your refund.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We will process your refund within 2 business days, and the actual refund reflected in your account depends on your payment instrument.

8. Limited Liability

Apexel is not responsible for personal data or items left inside of returned merchandise. Claims for received damaged products, missing items, or items damaged in transit must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise.
